Guess what?!! My ring has finally arrived and it is fabulous! I am so pleased with it and the way you packaged it. It is beautiful!! Believe it or not I have never seen Moissanite in real life before - only on TV - so I was hoping it would be as I expected. I have to say it is - the fire is fantastic, the setting exactly what I wanted and it fits perfectly.
I can't thank you enough. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you. Your correspondence and attention to detail have been second to none and I will definitely do business with you again in the future. I have to start saving for a matching pendant now and then maybe an eternity style ring! Oh dear, I hope I'm not going to get addicted!

Just a short email to let you know I now have my ring. Parcel force originally stated that it had been delivered and had a signature on their web site, but it turned out that they delivered it to the town’s post office. I eventually tracked it down to that place and it was collected just before Christmas.

I would just like to say that it is STUNNING! The packaging was very impressive and I was amazed by how lovely it was when my now fiancé placed it on my finger. I am truly really pleased with it and I could never have wished for something more beautiful. I have to keep admiring it as i can’t actually believe that I own such a wonderful piece.

Thank you again for the whole transaction, it has been a pleasure doing business with such a professional team, and I cannot fault any part of the experience.
