Bill and Judy,

No sooner than 10 minutes after I emailed you I got a call from Wendy that the mail clerk showed up with a package for her (she had apparently snatched it up before Wendy went to go check the mail room). I ran over and opened up the box... First off, wow, I loved the way you wrapped it! So beautiful...

Then I took the box away from Wendy and went off to open it up in private... and OH. MY. GOD. Wow, guys, that ring is sooooooo gorgeous!! The fire, sparkle, color and clarity are all absolutely amazing. I was totally blown away. And omigod, did I mention how HUGE it is?!? LOL

I immediately went back to Wendy and took a knee, and made sure she received the ring properly. She was blown away, as was everyone who's seen it. In fact, she was skipping around Al Faw Palace... LOL

Anyways, thank you again for an amazing ring, for wonderful service, for just a great all-around experience. I'll definitely use you guys when it comes time for the wedding band!!
