I have to tell you, that working with you and Bill is a great shopping experience. You guys are first rate. You really are people with a character that is very uncommon in merchants today. You gave me a feeling of confidence, which is so important in buying an item such as this and doing it via mail order. This confidence is very important for me to be able to conduct this transaction over the mail, with people I have never met. There is a lot of trust that I placed with you.
